Escape to serenity at our Roots of Resilience Yoga Retreat in Wapiti, Wyoming, just a stone's throw from the majestic Yellowstone National Park. This retreat is for all levels of yoga. No prior experience required. All are welcome!

UNIQUE AMENETIES
Lodge Domes
Each dome has a queen on the main floor and two twins up in a loft (accessed by stairs), a full kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and small living area. The views are spectacular!
YOGA DOME
This dome boasts ample space for yoga, meditation, workshops, and even group dinners!
PRICING
Queen bed: $ 650 (4 avail)
*add on participant to shared bed: $275
Twin bed: $525 (7 avail)
*Must be able to climb stars*
If you wish to share your Dome with specific guests, please let me know at registration, otherwise, you will be assigned to a dome to share. Queen bed will only be shared if you request and pay the additional $275, otherwise you are paying to have the bed solo.

FRI: 4 PM Arrival and Check In
5-5:45 PM Meet and Greet & Retreat Sankalpa (intention setting)
6:15 PM Community Dinner
7:15-8:30 PM Evening Practice ~ Rest and Release~ (sound bath and/or yoga nidra)
SAT: 7 AM Yoga Dome available for meditation
8 AM Morning Movement - Ignite Resilience
9:15-10:30 Breakfast/Shower
10:30 - noon Rooted in Resilience Lecture and Personal Exploration
Noon - 3 PM Free-time: hike, bike, sauna, lounge, etc

Community Meals included in registration cost -
Dinner Friday and Saturday - Soul Food prepared with Love! There will be options on your registration for dietary restrictions.
Meals on your own, not included in cost. Can be added on after registration or you can utilize the full kitchen in your dome and bring your own food. Will send menu options closer to the retreat if you don't want to provide for yourself.
